Back to work for us! Other than being super busy, the past couple weeks have been pretty smooth. Casey started teaching sixth grade, and we are super proud of him!
The baby boys are adjusting to being back to school full-time, but still love their early morning snuggles!
We are enjoying our time together in the evenings, and Daddy has been cooking up a storm with his Big Green Egg. We are looking forward to fall weather and football!
I bought a hermit crab for my class the other day, and took Landon and Owen with me to the pet store. I planned to buy Landon one, and when I asked him at the store if he wanted one, he responded, "I not like hermit crabs. I like dogs." Haha! I cracked up, especially because he never changed his mind! No more dogs for us though! :)
I am really enjoying working with my new "partner in crime," Melanie, but I definitely miss getting to see Abby every day. Luckily, we've still been chatting on the phone, and she and Raleigh even came over to hang out! Of course the boys had a blast playing together!
Overall, it's been a pretty good first couple of weeks. The entire Brown extended family is looking forward to seeing what this school year holds for our students!
