NOHS Graduation Weekend

This weekend was the NOHS Graduation. Popsy and Lolo came up to Athens because my Dad had an event for work on Thursday night, but also to see all of us!! It was great that they were able to hear Philip's graduation speech and spend lots of good quality time with us!

Friday we hung around the house and hosted a barbecue lunch for the administrators and coaches from NOHS after a golf game. Mom and Dad were a big help in getting the house and food set up and ready! Most everyone left pretty quickly, but the Melton's stayed for a while so Tripp and Landon could play. Poor Crystal and Philip were so tired from a busy school year that they seriously fell asleep while the kids played!!

Friday night Mom and Dad watched the boys while Philip and I went to my friend Lindsey's 30th birthday party and went to Jittery Joes for Philip to work on his dissertation!! It was nice to have a little date night!!

Saturday morning was Landon's last day of gymnastics! He loved gymnastics so much! I'm sure we'll miss it this summer, but we will probably start back this Fall!

Saturday was also graduation which was fantastic!! It was wonderful to see all the kids graduate, and Philip did a beautiful job on his speech! He had both of my parents crying! :) The boys were great during the whole graduation! They fell asleep for a long time which really helped!! Landon was so proud to see his Daddy on the stage and on tv!!

After graduation we went to Chuck E Cheese!! What a blast!!! We had a wonderful and busy weekend!
