Monday night we had a JJH "end of the year party" at Susan's house. The party was fantastic! Her house is beautiful and it was nice to spend time with my school family before the break! Caroline babysat for Landon and Raleigh and they had so much fun!!
Tuesday night, we went out to eat with the Melton's to welcome summer. We ate at La Parilla, and with three 2 and under, we made quite a mess!! Not only did the older boys get rice everywhere, but Owen accidentally pulled my plate of rice into my lap as I was signing the receipt! Yikes! After we ate, we went into the courtyard and Landon and Tripp got to play!
On Wednesday, we met Abby and Raleigh at the library and then had a picnic at the playground. We are going to miss them so much when they move in a few weeks!!
Silly Landon decided that an oven mitt and his church shoes were the perfect breakfast attire!!
Thursday Abby and I had a presentation and we finished moving my classroom. I found out on Monday that I was going to have to move. My school friends were so sweet and jumped in to help!! I felt so blessed!!
Thursday night our Bundles of Joy friends came over. We were excited to celebrate summer, Joshua's Bday, and the Findlay's new baby who is due in just 3 weeks! My parents had come up and Mom helped out with all the babies. It was really nice to have her there! Dad and Philip went to a fish fry with people from Dad's work.
Such an awesome week and only the first few days of summer!! I think this is going to be our best summer yet!!
