Dinner, Darius Rucker, and a Full Night of Sleep!

Last weekend for mother's day, Philip surprised me with tickets to a Darius Rucker concert! We love DR! He's probably our favorite singer behind Jack Johnson and George Strait(PB's fav!). We love dancing with the boys to "Wagon Wheel" on Saturday mornings or when we're getting ready for school--another reason I'm late to school practically EVERY day!!

During his plotting, Philip called Sharon and she said she'd keep the boys overnight, so we could enjoy a MUCH needed date night! We brought the boys over to Sharon around 1, stayed for a couple of hours, and then headed to Alpharetta. Landon was not at all sad to see us leave...and neither was Owen for that matter!! I know they had a blast!!

Funny story--When we checked in to the hotel, they had no record of our reservation. Philip borrowed a computer and pulled up his email. He had made the reservation for next week! Haha! Luckily we were able to switch it for just a few extra dollars!

We enjoyed a little shopping, an all out feast at Bonefish Grill (thanks to a gift card to PB from a student!!), and then a fabulous outdoor concert!

The concert was just perfect and Philip and I enjoyed it being just the two of us! We don't get time for just the two of us very often and especially for more than a couple of hours. It was so wonderful to see how much fun we still have together! I almost felt like we were dating again as teenagers! I sure do love my Philly Billy Boo Boo Boo Boo Boo! Haha!--(I put that in there for you Em!)
