Our New Home

We love our beautiful new home! It is in a wonderful neighborhood, and we have almost 2 acres of land. There are woods in front of our house and behind with a small lake hidden a little ways back in the woods. We have a big backyard and an awesome basement that I know we will enjoy with our growing family! We are so thankful for the opportunities God has given us to earn the right to buy this home. I'm sure it will bring us much happiness for years to come! Here are some pictures of the new house!

Looking from the living room into the breakfast area and family room. I love how open our downstairs is!

Such a wonderful kitchen! I love that it looks into the family room!

Our family room-- Thanks to using our Discover card for UGA tuition these past 6 years, we have a free brand new TV for above this fireplace! Discover Card Points! Whoop! Whoop!

My wonderful new cabinet for the family room. Toys are hidden inside...At least in the picture! :)

Mom...Why did you block the stairs?

Our backyard!

My favorite part of the house!  Here is one piece of our new outdoor furniture. We are waiting for the rest to come in!

Landon and KJ love the porch too!

Our patio. We just need to get a new umbrella and new cushions eventually.
More to come over time! We will tackle the basement next summer! So much fun to look forward to in this house!

  3. Your house looks really neat and cozy inside. But I suggest that you try to add some more carpets to make your house safer for your toddler to explore. And I’m just curious. What will you do with your spacious yard? Perhaps you can tend a garden or build a mini playground for your kid. Well, whatever you will do, good luck with it!

  4. Congratulations on your move! I love what you did to the house by the way! It looks so spacious and elegant. My favorite place so far is the open backyard. You can have it landscaped, if you want. If I had a backyard that big I would incorporate either a Japanese or European design. What plans do you have for the backyard?
