Saturday we drove to Ashford to meet up with Emily at Hole in the Wall Gang Camp. Hunter flew in and also met us there. It seemed like such an amazing place. The camp serves children coping with serious illnesses such as cancer, hemophilia, sickle cell anemia, etc. Emily was able to give us a tour since they were on intercession. What a wonderful experience for our sweet Em this summer, and I know she is making such a difference in the lives of so many kids!
After getting to see the camp and getting Em packed, we headed to New Haven for the night and got to have dinner with two of Em's best friends at camp in downtown New Haven. We also happened to eat right next to a little festival at a local catholic church. Of course we took advantage and walked around a bit and let Landon ride a few rides!
