Christmas Day was wonderful! We were so excited that Santa came to our house!!! Philip woke up at five to start cooking the turkey on the green egg. The boys woke up around 6. The look on Landon's face was just priceless!! He stopped at the top of the stairs in amazement! It was like he couldn't believe his Choo Choo table was really in the living room!! The boys had so much fun, and it took them hours to open their presents because they wanted to play with everything as they opened the gifts! We just let them take their time and enjoy the moments!
We ate a yummy Christmas lunch and then Barbara and Melvin headed home. We took naps, Philip and Casey went to play basketball, then we spent the rest of the day watching movies. Sadly the sweet boys came down with something Christmas night, so now we are resting and trying to recover. It really was a wonderful day other than the nighttime sickness. Philip and I are truly blessed.
