Owen is 4 months old!

Our  little Owen is four months old, and his sweet little personality is beginning to show so much! He is a happy little man, and he loves to smile at people. He really enjoys watching his brother play, and his brother loves to try to include him! He is always bringing him toys and trying to share food with him!

The past week or two, Owen has started grabbing at faces and toys. He loves playing with his new car seat toys and putting things in his mouth. He laughs a lot and makes lots of cooing and gurgling sounds. 

Last week he rolled for the first time from his back to his tummy! Now he is getting really good at rolling, and can roll from his back to his tummy, then from tummy to back. No way you can lay him down on the bed or couch without close supervision!!! Owen mostly likes being on his tummy though if he's on the floor, so that is where he has been staying when he is playing on the floor. 

He gnaws on your fingers and toys, so I think the teething process has started, but I also know that it could be several more months before he gets any teeth. (I think Landon was nine months old when he actually got his first tooth). The doctor said we could begin cereal, so we tried it last Saturday. He seemed to do well, but then got some kind of a tummy bug on Tuesday. We weren't sure if it was the cereal, so we stopped it for a little while. We'll probably try the cereal again sometime this week. Hopefully it will help him sleep through the night! Right now he still sleeps one long stretch for 6 hours or so, gets up to eat, then goes back to sleep for another 3 hours.

Overall, Owen is a wonderful little boy! Our lives are definitely better because he is a part of our family!
