Lincoln's Birthday Week!

I just can't believe that our sweet Lincoln Jacob is almost 1 year old! We decided that for his birthday we would spend time together as a family and take the boys to DISNEY WORLD! We kept it a secret until the week before!

The house was decorated with all the Mickey Mouse decor when the boys got back from Atlanta with BB! We wrapped up a balloon and let Lincoln open the balloon! Then we told them! To say they were excited would be an understatement! Lincoln just loved swatting at the balloon, but Landon started screaming and jumping up and down! Owen was a little unsure at first, as I said that we were going to see Mickey Mouse (he doesn't like characters AT ALL! Haha!) but once I told him that we didn't have to actually see Mickey Mouse, just ride the rides, he was pumped!

Each day of the week to lead up to our trip and celebrate our sweet birthday boy, we did some kind of birthday activity! On Monday we played Mickey Mouse Bean Bag Toss, Tuesday we were supposed to read a Mickey book (but I didn't get home until too late from teaching class), Wednesday we had a Quest for the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Scavenger Hunt all over the house, and Thursday our neighbors came over for Mickey cupcakes and pizza! Each day the boys cut a ring from our countdown which told the activity for the day!
