We had a blast at Disney World to celebrate Lincoln’s first
birthday and spring break! We really enjoyed stopping at the Florida Welcome
Center and seeing Granddaddy on our way down to Orlando!
We decided to stay at one of the resorts this time, and it was pretty awesome! The rooms weren’t super nice, but we loved the pool, food court on the property, large characters, and movie under the stars!
We woke up bright and early and hopped on the first bus to
the Magic Kingdom! They opened about 15 minutes early than it said on the
schedule, so it was fun to make it in time for the welcome show and be some of
the first people in the park!
We had a wonderful day at the park and really didn’t have to wait in any lines. We rode tons of rides and enjoyed every one! We went back to the hotel for lunch and naps, then headed back to the park to eat dinner and ride until the park closed at 10! We saved Splash Mountain for the very last ride, and Landon was pretty pumped, as he had been waiting to ride it ALL day (actually all year!)! He got pretty scared once the ride started, but in the end he loved it!
Please notice the people "photo bombing" our picture, and our faces in the next one! Haha!
The next day we went to play putt-putt with our free tickets from Disney and headed to Disney Springs for lunch at TREX before heading to Valdosta.
Overall it was a wonderful trip celebrating our little
Lincoln and time together as a family in the Happiest Place on Earth!!!
