The only thing that was not fun was Friday night poor Landon woke up with a fever of 101. We were worried it was an ear infection, so I took him to the doctor on Saturday morning. It turned out to just be a tooth coming in (despite what the doctor said). But since we weren't sure, he had to miss his friend Anderson's birthday party! :( By the afternoon his fever was gone and never came back. He acted completely normal, so we figured it had to be the tooth!
Poor little buddy at the doctor
Popsy had a meeting in Atlanta so he came up to visit us on Saturday afternoon and stayed until Monday. He took us to a delicious Italian dinner on Saturday night and brought us fun surprises from Bass Pro Shop! Landon had so much fun playing with his Popsy! They just laughed and laughed with each other!
Popsy, Landon, and Auntie Em having so much fun together!! Landon was cracking up trying to run silly like his Popsy!
| Dad took Emily to a restaurant in downtown Athens and they had a yummy cajun breakfast! |
On Sunday, we had Tucker's baby dedication. It was such a special day for the Hammarlund family! After the service, they threw a Low Country Boil at their house.

Sunday evening our sweet friend Susan threw us a little "Welcome to the Neighborhood" party at her gorgeous home! It was so nice! We got to meet lots of people from the neighborhood! We sure have felt welcomed these past few months with sweet cards and treats. It has been really nice to meet so many of our neighbors and see what wonderful people they are. It really is a strong community! I know we are going to be so happy here over the years!
The delicious spread and Susan's gorgeous kitchen!
