Today was such a beautiful day! When I got in my car after work, the thermometer said 73 degrees. Another bonus was that Philip did not have to work late tonight! (Something that doesn't happen too often around the Brown household these days. Our evenings are usually filled with sporting events, plays, award's ceremonies, etc....life as the family of a high school Principal). We decided that we definitely needed to spend some time together enjoying this wonderful weather.
So on my way home from work, I picked up a chicken bucket from Bojangles. Philip and I walked to daycare to pick Landon up, and then we headed over to the park. We had so much fun eating, laughing, and playing on the blanket. Landon enjoyed practicing using his new sippy cup and crawling all over Mommy and Daddy. What a perfect evening spent together! Can't wait until it is really spring...but it sure was nice to sneak in a little spring sunshine on this winter day today!
