Greecian Adventure: Part II

On our third day in Greece, we decided to head to the coast. We took the bus to Vouliagmeni and found a really nice "organized" beach. We paid just $8 and enjoyed their facilities, chairs, towels, etc. all day! We also had a fancy seafood lunch (probably our nicest meal on the trip!).

After seeing the coast, we were itching to see the Greek islands! We decided to take the ferry to the island of Aegina (just a short 90 minute ferry ride). The island was absolutely gorgeous! We rented bicycles and rode along the coastal road to several little settlements. We stopped several times to admire the ocean views and the pistachio orchards. We also stopped at two little beach cafes to enjoy ice cream and cold drinks! It was such a magical day riding along the coast, so much so that I kept asking myself if I was dreaming!
