Valentine's Weekend

We had a great Valentine's Weekend! We celebrated pretty much all weekend... of course we love to make anything into a celebration! After the boys' parties at school, we had dinner at the Cheesecake Factory on Friday night as a family. I have been craving CF for months and was excited for a journey over to the Mall of Georgia. (plus we got to pick up our new and improved vaccuum from the Oreck shop-- how sad that this made me giddy!)

For Valentine's Day, the boys treated me to flowers that they brought to my class on Tuesday night, a manicure, and a pedicure. I enjoyed my alone time on Saturday getting pampered!

After I got home, we headed over to the UGA basketball game. L and O are completely obsessed with basketball, so to say they enjoyed themselves is an understatement! Philip had to work at a school dance on Saturday night, so no romantic Valentine's date for us on the actual day, but we finally had our alone time date on Monday for lunch (which of course was just as wonderful as if it would have been on Sat!)

Not really related to Valentine's day, but my Brookshire Babes took me to brunch to celebrate the upcoming arrival of Baby Lincoln. We went to a fancy restaurant downtown for a buffet. Can you even imagine a buffet (best thing ever) at a fancy restaurant. I seriously ate about 4 plates! I couldn't eat anything for the rest of the day!!

Also, Emily was in town for the weekend for a conference, so she and Hunter came over for dinner. The kiddos were so happy to see them, and loved playing with them! We miss them so much!
