After rain for most of our Christmas break, we decided we needed a little adventure to the mountains to get out of the house. We traveled to our favorite outfitters shop right on the Appalachian Trail and enjoyed a little picnic lunch and short trail walking. Then we headed up to Blue Ridge for the day to walk around the downtown area and ride around dreaming about cabins! Fun day with all my boys!
