Making a Little Time for Play in Our Busy Week

 

 Boy Oh Boy! Did our lives get crazy quickly?!?! We are slowly getting acclimated to our new lives as a family of four with two parents working full-time+...

Our weeks are super busy at work, but I've been trying to come home at least a day or two a week right after we can "technically leave." (Don't you know that teachers, and especially administrators never really just work an 8 hour day!)

After school, we got lots of quality snuggle time, trips to the park with Auntie Em, playing, and even a visit to the jumpy place at the mall with Abby and Raleigh!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

My job is generally really cool, but here's something especially fun that happened this week! Abby and I are leading a sewing cluster, and this week we skyped with my cousin Lacey in Lousiana who is a sewing expert! She showed the kids all her machines and several pieces she was working on! They thought it was awesome! Here they are asking her questions about sewing and her life in Louisiana!
