Philip took the boys camping last Friday night, and they had so much fun! They came back covered in dirt and marshmallows, which is a definite sign of fun had by all!
On Sunday, we enjoyed all the college kids being gone and getting to eat at one of our favorite spots, Mama's Boy, before church!
We spent almost every evening on the porch watching tv and playing! So perfect in the summer!
And of course we took advantage of the basement!
We went strawberry picking down the road for a gallon of the sweetest strawberries!! :)
I celebrated with my sweet mentee, Dakari, with dinner at our favorite Inokos. When I told her that she could choose anything she wanted to do to celebrate (movies, shopping, etc.), she said that she wanted to see the boys and get to hold Lincoln!
On the last day of school, Landon got to come to JJH with me to attend our fabulous talent show! He LOVED it and got really pumped about going to Pre K with me in the fall!
My sweet friend Lindsay Ann is changing schools next year, so the end of this year has been bittersweet for sure!
To kick off summer, Philip and I went to see Darius Rucker in concert! Philip got us fourth row tickets, which were amazing! We loved some time together just the two of us, and Sharon was so sweet to drive all the way over to watch the boys, even though she had to work the next day! We are very blessed!!
We can see you summer! Just around the corner! We are so glad you are near!
