Fun with BB!

BB came up this weekend, and we had a wonderful time! She spoiled the boys and us with all the fun we had, and all the help she gave us. I don't have many pictures, because we just did a lot of playing around the house! But the boys were so glad to have their BB in Athens for the weekend! (Owen was asleep when I took these pictures!)

On Saturday evening, I went to the Morton Theater with some of my teacher friends to see our students dance in The Sounds of Motown. It was a fabulous show, and I loved the chance to hang out with my teacher friends!

Philip and I also bought our furniture for the basement! Woohoo! We have been looking and saving for a couple years, and we were so excited today to buy things to make our basement a fun place to hang out!

Sweet Owen is getting his two bottom molars! Poor baby! That makes 6 teeth he is getting at one time, and when these teeth come in, he will have 14 teeth! Craziness! He has been pretty happy considering, but has had a very runny nose, and he's been drooling a ton! He was cracking us up this weekend by how independent he is getting! He loves to express his little opinion with his signs, shake his head, and tell you "no" when he doesn't want to do something! He and Landon had tons of fun playing with their toys and building tunnels.

One funny thing that Landon did this afternoon, was take all of his money out of his piggy bank to "line up and count." Philip and I left the room for a while to carry stuff up from the basement, and when we came back, Landon said, "Mommy and Daddy, I put all my money in the bag so we can go to Chuck E. Cheese!" Not only did he put his money in our bag, but he also got a Ziplock bag out of the drawer in the pantry, put all the change in the Ziploc bag, then put the Ziploc bag in the blue bookbag that we bring everywhere. Philip and I just thought his little problem solving process was hilarious! We just may take him to Chuck E Cheese! Love it!
